Production Time

Most items in our shop are made to order. Production time varies by product but typically takes 3-5 business days. Some items may take a little longer depending on the design and fulfillment partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves production.

Shipping Time

After production, shipping within the United States takes approximately 3-7 business days. Total delivery time is generally 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. You can use that number to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.

Return Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review the size chart on each product page carefully before placing your order.

All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at freda@beingfredajean.com. Include your order number and a photo showing the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge.

We do not offer refunds for items that are lost in transit or delayed by the carrier, but we will work with you to find a solution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin production quickly after an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at freda@beingfredajean.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests made within 24 hours of purchase, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
